One Man Standing
decades are going by fast
I want to forget my past
future doesn’t scare me any more
this life of mine was never a bore
I know God is keeping score
not doing church any more
never claimed to be a saint
this life has never been quaint
I’ll stand my ground to the end
might be starting a new trend
