One Last Laugh
Two angels got me a glass full of cheer
Two angels each wearing a different gear
They had the play and smiles that held me dear
They had the golden compass & that made it clear
The friction in my pen that squeaked with every move
The words that refused to come out in fear of being doomed
The baby that crawled infront of me & had me hooked
My hands that resisted the urge to hold it, because I wanted to be soothed
Two angels visited me today
And with their warm drink, I couldn't resist to play
Two angels visited me today
And even with sleep mania, I fell in their trap which was okay
