One Good Scare

Following down the sidewalks Watching from my backyard, Everywhere I go, he stalks Waiting to catch me off guard Even in the safest places My town, my school, my home, The shape of his masked face is Hiding wherever I may roam Lock yourself into a closet Behind dresses and blue jean, Fight back and scream 'cause it Is the night of Halloween And, when fear is so unbridled And helpful friends are not there, Remember, everyone is entitled To at least one good scare.
