One Autumn Day

I see her standing there on the bluff, high above the restless waters. Arms spread wide, she looks like she's hugging the sky. She lifts her head closing her eyes to smell the fresh autumn air. As the cool winds coming off Lake Superior toss her hair wildly, Colored leaves dance around this young girl’s scarce presence And she is somewhere in a magical world of this awesome place. Delightful piece, Brenda. Dreamlike but you definitely describe the girl as if you know her well. A bit of tremor (standing on a bluff), a bit of daring (arms spread wide), a bit of magic in line six and you have written an appealing piece. A winner in my book, too.
