As I watch land fade in the distance I realize what I have left My love my wife My son my life She rises with me in the day light Slumbers with me at night As months come and go She never fades As days pass My little boy grows He walks Now he talks Clear as day I see her beauty Clear as night shes still my cutey Home stretch nears I have no fears As I return I feel there warmth Within the distance I'm humbled to see The two I love so For the greatest blessings Are my son and wife They are my life
