So easy to get blown away on a prayer and a wing But coming down together is the hardest thing I travel so far across the heavens you see It leaves a vulnerable state inside of me Looking through the windows of my mind There I see us flying together in rhyme Now I ask only of you one thing After the cherubs have ceased to sing With eyes wide open and feet on the ground My wish is for you to stick around It's so very difficult to live in two worlds But oh how you tempt me to give it another whirl Take the culprit on yet another ride And see us standing together on the other side
