Old Songs

I hear old songs And remember old days, And long for those old nights, And realize that time, Long passed by… Is too old to walk back But the playlist rounds and rounds Like the leaflet drifted on the street Looking for its path Onto where the wind would lift Always coming back to my feet. There to me plays your laugh The rhythms of your touch But the echo of my name You tenderly spoke in the rain How I wish to play again.
