Oh Death

Laid on the grounds of earth, formed of the dust was man, out of his ribs came woman, and from her womb more men. They say from love is life, but taken away by death. The soul is raised and the flesh decays, from ashes to dust, with no changing that. Well we’ll try but it only tends to make us cry, although in sorrow we weep, for the dead we mourn, In our hearts we’re one, but with death you’re gone. Why is it so death? I look ahead there’s death? and right behind it’s there. What is wrong that you take oh death? & why do you take life death? So violent yet you stay silent, you’re speechless yet too heartless, oh death, why is it so death?
