You bring me back, back to you gently moving me, opening the eyes of my heart. And when I look, look away to focus on this twisted world you bring me back, gently back opening the eyes of my heart, when I look away.

Brian, Welcome to the site! I have read all three of your pieces and find you to be a mature writer with consistently good work in a variety of styles. I will definitely be coming back to read more. I like that this one expresses your faith, but you have no need to specifically mention it...it's so ingrained that it just is. That is a wonderful thing!~Jan

Again, thankyou. I don't find much time to write poetry nor my painting (I have 8 children) but it is enough for now.
