I was a lttle girl, so wistfully in thought back then. Wearing a silk kimona, dreams of a sivered, shiny pen. A special place in my heart, then, suddenly came to be, Bright pink, soft turquoised robe, quite heavenly. It was this little girl’s gifted.yummy yet holy solitude, The blue moon and stars, gave her freedom and latitude. I had no dreams to grow to be just like everyone on the planet. Choosing to be my own shooting star, not run by rules made of granite! I fantasized a room of bright, pink floating lotuses about me. And that personal space, so long ago, lifted me, so I fly freely, sans approving commentary. Words do not impress me, but affectionate and soulful, warm people do. They are the ones encouraging me to live my life as a moonburst of satisfying breakthroughs. 4/16/2024

Hello, Darlene. Hey, I wanted to let you know that Irene is doing a lot better. She was kind of sick on Sunday.. but she’s jumping all over the place now. I’ll email you more about that later. This poem is the story of my life in a nutshell. Quite kaleidoscopic … It has been a meteoric ride!! Love, Pangie xx

Dear Pangie, I loved how your verses unveil memories of a whimsical past, where dreams danced in the moonlight and robes swirled like magic. Yes, you found liberation in the sanctuary of solitude, embracing the allure of individuality. Amidst the chatter of conformity, your spirit soared, fueled by the warmth of kindred souls. May your journey continue as a constellation of radiant breakthroughs guided by gentle whispers of encouragement. - Blessings, Daniel

Daniel, it took decades to detach myself fron the fangs of the uncaring, lonely crowd. I take stands for what is right . I began encounter groups in Chicago in the face of adversity which still exist fifty yrears later all over Chicagoland for a specific group. of people, who were so afraid to speak their truth! But we created a safe space. Some became therapists! I was a trainer to be, in Transformational work in SF. I get that you do undestand me. Most gratefully, Pangie xx

Dearest Paige, when I wrote this, I felt I was swimming in my own waters. Thank you for mentioning which line that you liked, like you, I don’t run by rules in granite. If anything, I am a rule breaker. And I don’t want to hear the roar of the crowd., Crowds, as you will find out here, disappear like smoke. But that’s OK.! You and I are here to be us. We are not here to be like mirror images of other people. The crowd is a very lonely place.. I read a book. Oh gosh, it must be decades ago and I loved it. It was called.” The Lonely Crowd.” The crowd doesn’t care who you are at all Seeking attention is what children do, but if you are who you are, I call you gifted! Have a great day Paige thank you and big hugs, Pangie xx

You are not bubble gum! You are a poet that was once a seed in your Mother, as was I and every poet here Herr Hitler adored Margaret Sanger. The USA is thrilled to kill the unborn, we are the new Dachau? YES! We dont need climate change but human change. Look at the streets yesterday. Madness. We will have a shortage of human beings,..Our country wants infanticide as a majot issue?? Think of Oct 7th.That horriified. anyone with a soul! We need not murder,.we need to fill this earth with Good souls.and raise the children that God created, Pangie aka “Moonburst.” LOL

Your poem touched my heart and soul, Pangie. I was imaginative like you when I was a child...often not following the rules. Not doing so has served me well. I agree, words don't impress me, but caring and encouraging people do. Well said, dear poet friend. have a great evening, hugs, Sara

Listening to music of the Summer of Love in SF, 1970. Times were sweeter then, than now! I know I do not have to explain what I mean to you.
