Odd Bird

I'm my garden there I an odd bird, It has a white speckled head brown body and small red breast, I stood and watched it a while as it perched on my wall, It's a funny looking bird. With my camera I crept up close, The bird watching me I got a picture or two, Then it hopped an fluttered away, I dont think it can fly. It came back later perched on my step, I threw some bird seed and bread, It hopped on down and ate the seed it didnt touch the bread, I last saw it going next door. Maybe it will come back, Hopping and fluttering to my step, I hope the cat doesn't get the odd bird that cant fly, I never did see it again.
