October's Falling Leaves (Tootsie) Frost glazed autumn leaves of chromaticity (Reds and yellows, and greenish coloured sheens) Are strewn about the path by the breeze. And it’s charming to watch Tootsie step gingerly. (Side winding in a weave) to avoid the leaves; That crackle below her feet as she proceeds. Delightfully, she turns to smile back at me As if to imply foolishness, but with glee; In the vibrancy of October’s falling leaves. *** Note: Tootsie (sweet and playful) is a pet name assigned by the author for Tourmaline.
