October

Oh how I would give the soul of me Could I turn back the clock set free To reach out and find you here Oh what I'd give for yesteryear But too much time has ticked away Ending dreams from yesterday Recalling you, I kneel to pray 8/10/15 10-9th

Wonderful tribute washed in love. Judy, I meant to tell you, your images/pictures attached to poems; great selections. I don't yet know how to insert to my poems, still somewhat new to Soup. Help...

The setting sun of an annual day. Begins in October, not in May. And when the sun has finally set. A brand new day this world does get. But in our hearts the past departs and never does return. Except when we recall at last those things we'll always yearn. Got a rake? :)
