Ocean Moon Gravity Dance

I stroll along the ocean shore. Hours past the dipping sun. The night is hot. The air is still. Where is that breeze? That swaying wind to spin this summer calm. The day so long and the ocean rests, yet there’s sweeping waves of rise and fall. I’m puzzled how these waters dance. They prance along this sandy beach. Who leads this dance, this mystic prance for the wind’s dance card is full? I whisk my curious sense of sight, an open turn, two-steps, a shuffle beyond the sky of night. To find the moon, le danseur, the pulling partner of this French ballroom dance tonight.
