Nutrients
I kissed the rain today
splashed upon my lips
nurtured more
than body or soul
Nurtured confidence.
Confident that loving you
was never wrong
and God knows
I have loved you
for so long.
But every day
feels like the first,
Oh...for the rain I have thirst.
