Now Or Never

She stands there, sweet as heather, Smiling, she says, "Give me an answer, now or never." He thinks hard on what to do. There is temptation, then there is value. He has to consider what he has learned. This is not what he wants, not what he yearns. He looks back at her, impatient as ever, And he says, "I guess I'll say never." He knows that for what he has done he will be judged, But he doesn't care about this reputation, now smudged. He will be forgotten, but others will miss him. It's too bad he didn't want to be christian. The question now is, when others wander to unhealthy endeavors, Will you be able to say, "Now or Never?"
