Now and Then
I got friends who are dying
Isn't everybody?
Yeah . But they live as if they were.
Making every moment and chance count
Sorta like a hawk
Or a sparrow
Or any wild thing
I got friends who live
In the present
Tense
I got friends
It's a nice feeling
For now.
