Now and Here
Mind now and here with conscious lot,
Yes stillness steers wise use of thought,
Notice the fear that ego slots.
Open your heart to simply know,
Work a fine start in conscious glow,
Ask for true art to live what shows.
Nurture the truth as beauty comes,
Delight deep grooves where grace now sums,
Heed inner proof in soul's sure psalm.
Explore the gap where silence dwells,
Reach for a map that ever tells,
End the pain trap that this world sells.
