A cold damp north east breeze blows Water droplets around Stirring the windchimes to softly play Simple melodic sounds Tender oak leaves moved by the wind Dance to the tune then rest The band takes a break and starts again Each tune their very best The white azalea blossoms Look like fresh fallen snow Cold damp breeze feels like winter And spring having a row Blackberry vines send forth their blooms Heart of blackberry winter Is the song now sung in tune North wind cold the sender Finis'
