Nomad Child
Wandering barefoot through the world
Nomad Child leaves the horror far behind
In a shattered village where no birds sing
Only dimly remembering his mother’s face
And his father’s smile
Nomad Child, the wind whispers in your ear
Soft sounds to soothe away your fears
And turn your nightmares into dreams
Sleep soundly, Nomad Child
