Very creative work you have penned in this one. Yes, no one wants to be a wind-up toy but some people want to be the one to control the wind-up toy. Thanks for sharing this one with us and for dropping by my page. Sara

The unreal puppet probably spends longer in pretend conversation with the puppet master than the real person on the shelf gathering dust. Those puppets are time consuming regardless

You read further into my Monoku which is always great to hear Dilly, it is designed on the face of it as a wordplay, but the underlying abstract theme was always my main intention here, cheers David

I was ready to go down Pinocchio Lane until I got to the wind up part. Clever mind you’ve allowed your puppet master to have. Clever poet!

Ha! I had Pinocchio in mind Lin, but thought the wind up toy might work better, probably should’ve called it, no springs attached lol, cheers David
