No More Snore

With both hands firmly grabbing each end of the pillow, I placed it over her face, covering her nose and mouth. I pressed down with the entire weight of my body And securely held it in place. She started flailing her arms and legs, And tried desperately to wriggle free. She pounded, contorted, struggled, Convulsed and then fell perfectly still. With silence filling the midnight air I released my grip, Rolled back over to my side of the bed, And went back to sleep. When her snoring woke me up again two minutes later I got up and went into the guest bedroom Where I employed my active imagination With a less violent dream.
