No Longer Christian

A call to arms for those who believe A reason for the nation to grieve Leadership to continue the rot Trying to destroy what we were taught No longer Christian is what he decrees Treating the Christian as if a disease If this is the man we choose to elect Then for this government I lose all respect Married to a woman whose views are fascist Her own Princeton thesis shows her as racist We do need change but not that kind Where In God we Trust will be hard to find Once his changes, he does enact No longer Christian will become fact. Remember that statement “No longer Christian" when you vote in November.

Wow! I think the saddest part of this election is that they refuse to see who this poem is obviously about. I think you have probably put the word, change, in caps. Anyway, regardless of who wins God is in control and He is our Heavenly Father. As long as the public holds to that truth the government will have to change. We have to stick to the real truth so they will change.

People have so many issues that they want addressed by the candidates, but shouldn't it always fall back on the basis by which this country was founded, christian law? I for one feel that is of the utmost important, keeping God in the allegiance and commandments in our courts. For a candidtae to make that statement, defies that which this country stands for. Love this write, may more read and agree. Michael

Well written Vince. I can't believe that people can't see through him, but then the media only paints him in rainbow hues and the rest of the nation has fallen into total apathy. Good one. Regards Heidie

Yes, Vince. I don't know what to think. It seems the Obama thing has been racist right from the beginning, which I don't like. Like you, I'd want to put race aside entirely. Let every man take responsibility for his actions, whether black, brown, yellow or white. Love, daver

We are in trouble, when a presidential candidate will not honor our flag, states the National Anthem is too violent and then announces that we are no longer a Christian Nation. The party has done what they could to destroy the middle class and now choose a leader who would make a mockery of our faith to prove a "politically correct" point. God(I'm still allowed to say it for now) help us. Vince

AMEN, Vince my kindred-viewed ffiend. That ******* really burns me up with all his trumped up hot air blowing, lie speaking, two-faced being, smile-mask wearing, jerk! This country ceretainly will fall when and if that man is elected - perfect write, dear Vince - you nailed it. Love Kristin

I do agree, Vince, this nation's political acts are no longer Christian. Over one hundred thousand innocent's have been slain in Iraq thanks to a rash, unthinking move. Drop me a note and tell me who you were talking about in your poem. I'm not quite sure. As usual, my friend, you present a strong message. Love, daver

I personally think Jim needs to research more, or maybe I'm biased and can't see past my nose, but I think not if but when he is elected this country is going to split. He won't put his hand over his heart for the national anthem or the Pledge of Allegiance. Vince I agree with you 100% on this write, Blessings to you Brother, Ron

Vince - I totally agree with all you said - I, as a multiple felon have lost my rights to vote long ago - I sometimes feel that since its been 8 years since my last felon that thats a little unfair but such is the hole I dug - two more years and I can apply for a full pardon which will give me back my rights - So much truth in your poem - God bless

Vincent you hit it right on the nose. this country was founded on the princepals of the Bible and God. at one time we were a Christian nation, no longer. and it is just a matter of time before we lost that freedom, unless we get back to God. more people should take a stand as you have. as far as novemember goes. i may not vote, which i know is wrong, but the two men who are runing seem to be for a lot of stuff that is not right. keep on penning my friend.

This country's laws were founded on God's laws and as a believer there, I too believe that the place would go to hel in a handbag without taught Christian morality and ethics. Great read, may everyone read and do what's right! Michael
