Dear Cheryl, you hit the nail on the head. As with most 'beta' programs this one has so many bugs. But I fear it may not get much better with improvements, or another replacement, to solve the problems. And it is the government people with fantastic insurance for life who are making the rules. All we can do is hope. Great limerick my friend. Betty

Very serious limerick that ain't no laughing matter, Cheryl. Your use of humor to illustrate many people's concerns and frustrations are duly noted and appreciated by me and others. And a really cool poem too. Love and hugs to you, dear.
