New Found Land

Some people will use you, as if you are just another game in their book. Some people will betray you, long after you trusted their every move and look. Some people will lie in their comfortable ways of deceit, tell you almost anything. You may never know why but the lies hurt deeply and they sure do sting! Some people will break your heart to pieces in ways you feel you just can’t mend. Dark sorrow may arrive and become a long lasting, familiar friend. But there is another side, another place, another way, that is not all of this. There is real happiness and joy pounding in your heart with such bliss. There are those who will be true to you in this life, you must not miss. Those who will care without conditions, with no façade, for who you are. They will support your strengths, accept your weaknesses, near or from afar. They will be your steady friend with honor, truth, loyalty, complete respect. Everything you give you give to them in kindness, like a mirror will reflect. There will be mutual understanding, acceptance of each other’s lives. There will be open doors to walk through with fair, equal compromise. There are those who give because they love and love what they can give.
