Natures Cryptic Message
Natures cryptic message
Thunder may clap loud, this is not applause
for disastrous acts that we humans cause,
lightning illuminates clouds, forks and strikes
expressing nature's disgust and dislikes,
wind may whistle, but not a happy tune
reminds nature's wrath we're never immune,
winters virgin snow may fall pure cold white
accept her message, we can't be contrite,
life giving rain, though she doesn't guarantee
or promise every year our necessity,
she may be cruel or may be gentle
she creates on earth, our heaven and hell.
