Mystical
Here where I sit,
Come to know stuff,
Feel form that fits,
Bear wit enough.
Dream upon dream,
Unknown yet known,
Glimpse thought and theme,
Watch thoughts disown.
I do not know
So many things,
For thought feels slow,
But spirits sing.
Yet visions come
In sudden surge,
How can I sum
That inner urge?
Beauty fills peace
In obvious poise,
I find sure ease
In simple voice.
See mystery
In hidden view,
Grand harmony
In light that cues.
I seek meaning
In hidden veils,
Where bold loving
Can now detail.
A human choice
To seek to know
Grand splendour's voice
In mystic flow.
A cherished goal
To see beyond
Life in a soul
Now once upon.
Time seems fleeting
In this fond gaze,
Ask for meaning
In dreamy daze.
Do all things pass
In death's domain?
Look through life's glass,
Live not in vain.
Here for a while
On earthly shores,
Seek to style smiles
Love and adore.
Now and here chance
Upon a truth:
A spring to dance
Love's lasting proof.
Purpose flings now
As passion moves,
Soul fire endows
Frontiers and grooves.
The body dies
As dust descends,
Yet soul must fly
With sure ascend.
The moment here
Is but a part
That lives these spheres
With mind and heart.
And so I sigh
As the veil lifts
To cast on high
Love's wondrous gift.
