My Very First Night

With Jethro Tull playing in my ear On a night whose memory I still hold dear In my college dorm my Freshman year Of virginity status I stepped clear The intent was to study history Biology, to me, still a mystery I could sense her scooting close to me When we got to D-Day there was victory Our relationship didn’t last too long My performance that night wasn’t real strong But the memory still brings a big smile on Of my very first night in a time long gone
