My Sweet Lullaby

I craved for a moonlight dance, When I once freed my rotten desires. Longing for a warm hand, I set the music for a classic waltz. Into the rhythm I submit, Swaying around my empty space I lift a burden caged for a time An irreversible smile has now sprung. Farther and farther I dived My closed windows welcomed the sun My dark rooms opened their doors I unblinded the breathing cloaked in me. And so I watched me dancing on my own Freeing my sleeping memories I danced and woke to my amusing disguise To what I call my sweet lullaby.
