My Subconscious Vs You Part 2

Once upon a Time I listened to the voices The sighs, the screams, the cries Whom were offering me choices. Then once upon a kiss, The sparks had gone and flew I no longer had faith in love, But then ran into you. And once upon a breakdown, My mind had just collapsed You scooped me up into your arms And I was safe at last. Once upon a fear, You showed me patience and compassion. Anxiety had swallowed me, You protected me with passion. Once upon depression, I had fallen once again. You put me back up on my feet With no ounce of hesitation. Once upon my happiness, You celebrate with me. You're proud of all my baby steps Just how lovers should be. And once upon the night time, You took ahold of me, I laid my head upon your chest And I could finally breathe. Once upon a dream, I notice that my heart is full. A safe place and a lover, Where my soul is understood.
