My Secret

I have a secret to hide, one that no one would believe. Something that could destroy, everything you think you of me. It sits deep in my soul, hides behind the sparkles in my eye. This secret slowly eats me inside. I have a secret to hide, I wish it wouldn't be. I'm a slave to this secret, the one that seduced me. It ravaged me in the night and made me scream turned the light to this darkness in me. This secret inside, grows quietly so deep, though I never let it breathe, it keeps thriving in me. It will grow and grow, and I will keep pushing it away, but one day... it must set me free.
