My Sciuridae Friend

I watched this morning, as you walked along the rail, your little pudgy body and long curled tail I watched you stop a moment, meant to warm your paws, wondering, if you saw me looking, from the windows veil Bitter cold today, as I see your tail begin to furl, the snow covered landscape, reminds me of a mural Yet, I feel I recognize your sciuridae face, Wait! I know you! oh my! your Spike the Squirrel

We have something in common as animal lovers. And this is well written tribute to one.
