My Notebook

I've got this notebook. I keep it in my pocket, so as to convince myself that ideas will come to me. That all I need to do is have the pen and paper ready. I do not know if I truly am a writer, but I do know that I write.

I can relate to this so so much - I only started writing in February - got to the stage i would have to find a shopping receipt to write my ideas on when i was out - so I always carry a notebook now - would have to get up in the middle of the night if I had an idea and couldn't sleep - so I can sympathise with your other poem I've just read:-) hugs jan xx
