My Mummy

I want to cuddle my Mummy I want to tell her To be strong The big c is in residence It has been idling Now it seems for too long It has decided To make itself known Say what it plans to do I will explain this now You won't have the final say Not everything revolves around you You see life goes on Even if you are the big c You will not reign My Mummy will continue To fight you You have nothing to gain Why do you do this Why insert yourself So securely into their skin You're a parasite On life's lovely journey But you won't take everything Who ever created you Should take a step back And see That you will not You will not Take my Mummy from me..

My heart cries for you, and your family. My family is dealing with this horrible disease now, and our lives will never be the same. My brother is battling Lung Cancer, he is being strong for us, but watching this is painful...My prayers to you, and also my love...There is always hope, so never give up, tell her to fight, and tell her how much she means to you ....love Christy
