What a beautiful tribute to your mom Evelyn. It has a flowing quality in the rhyming couplets. I still hear my mother's voice and find myself repeating her sayings like "There's always room at the head of the line." Her footprint. Your poem is so relatable for so many. Congratulations on your win.

My Mom's been gone for most of my life now, but I know she is still guiding me. It's kind of you to read the other entries. Contestants always appreciate feedback.
