My Mind Is a Revolution
My mind is a revolution
Unspoken words
The image of an action
Nothing but the beginning of a dream
shattered into shards by a sunbeam
My heart is a revolution
a flurry of motion
moving so fast you can't think
or you miss the sunrise breaking
in an instant, the darkness gone
But by the light of the moon
there is a sultry tune
my body such a revolution
connection beyond language
just a look and the message is flying
The truth is a silent whisper
a look you can't erase
a voice you can't forget
be careful what you wish for
The Revolution doesn't pick it's Muse.
