My Love

Who was I, dumb and blind, to think I never loved you. I took myself apart to find my heart was stolen. You took my heart, I thought I knew better. I thought that I knew what I was doing when I tried to take myself away and say I didn't... It wasn't true. It only takes a minute to see just what you mean to me, to know how I've missed you, to know how I feel about you. Yes, I let myself fall for you - harder than a sunset is beautiful. I can't say whether I will ever get over you, or if I even want to. I feel it, the sensation, it's a physical pain. To love one such that your heart could break. No matter how I deny it, or whatever I do, one thing will always remain in my heart... My love for you.
