My Lighthouse

You are my shining Lighthouse beaming When im surrounded by the dark You guide me through the stormy seas So death wont find it's mark When im barely treading water You have rescued me a thousand times And just when i feel all hope is lost I find you've thrown another life line Times ive sailed through life my own way My anchor in you ive cast away But you patiently waited for my return to you And a Fathers blessing gave that day. Now where'er the winds may carry me I know i shall never never fear For no matter the raging storms that come My Lighthouse is always near
