My Lady's House
I leave the
fiction outside,
it belongs
with the cold.
Our friction
makes a satisfaction
that condenses on
glass
and the windows
weep for us.
I breathe in
the sweet smell
of wine-tinted
moans
and heave heavy
a sigh.
