My Jimmy Choos
a chatter and a natter as we walk past
a plain old shop window
I walk straight on, took no notice
hang on, back track I go
Oh my god sis, look at them
the world's most awesome shoes
look ordinary to me she says
your kidding, there Jimmy Choos
now this was not your average shop
words thrift above the door
the price tag still two hundred dollars
cut me to the core
my thinking cap it went straight on
ideas bouncing around
I'm going in, I have a plan
it should work out quite sound
excuse me miss I'll volunteer
I act all coy and meek
that's very nice of you my dear
you get discount in six week
I looked at Jimmy's once again
the deal I had to do
day after day I trudged along
the six week I got through
my day had come, quarter price to me
the work, the strain, the torment
as I slipped in my aching feet
it was worth every bleedin moment
