What a terribly limiting perspective that prescribes and manifests long lasting regret! Anything from the past that one places in a big sack to carry around, is a waste to me and something I wish I could get my Mother to see. The older she gets, the more bitterness she totes around - some of it made up. Sorry, she and her attitutude weigh heavy on my mind currently. I want her to let go and Let God, and then smile all the way from her heart ...
