my girl

precious little face
like its made of porceline
pretty little curls
like chains of golden rings
wide beautiful eyes
open to all they see
my perfect english rose
skin of china
eyes blue green
the sweetest funniest laugh
as she giggles infectiously
tiny little girl, so slender, so sleek
thats my millie jayne
and she is my living dream.

This is very sweet Sally. The rhythm works very well, like the way you pace your words with interspersed commas, 'tiny little girl, so slender, so sleek'. I can almost hear her laughing as I read this. Very powerful imagery and hints strongly at the love that drives it. I don't have any kids yet but once I do I'll probably resonate with this language tenfold:) -Yoni
