Just do your best with a good night sleep before and what happens, happens. I think your worrying isn't helping but I know it's hard not to. It will soon be over and my feelings are with you Russ.

If you received a syllabus from your instructor at the beginning of the semester, it should have contained a schedule of all the exams you had to take for the class. Preparation begins at the beginning and is spread throughout the semester. Cramming will only hurt you in the end. Take in reasonable amounts of study, and you will be better prepared when the exam time arrives. You have written this piece quite well.
