My Favorite Place
Gravel crunches underfoot
lavender blows softly through the trees
Bluebells sway to and fro marking the pathway
through which I go
Water flowing gently downstream
glistening in the midday sun
I escape the chaos of this busy day
to this sacred place where I can pray.
