My Fault

Dumbfounded, I am. How come nothing happened, But I was torn like everything ended. Nothing happened, so was it all in my head? Delusional, was I? My fault, but why? I hoped for all your lies. You made me think that it was you and I. Never say it was you being friendly. And it was my fault for thinking overly. When the truth came out, I felt the heavy rainfall across the sky Even when I see no rain, the birds fly. I see darkness in the daylight, And see the stars no longer bright. My fault, so don’t be sorry. My fault for being this way. I just thought I was finally loved, When you said you don’t love her already.
