My Farewell To a Ghost
Oh how much you haunt me to this day!
I've already founded my bliss but I'm still in dismay,
For I have never said my proper farewells,
A sadness of a lost goodbye in my heart it dwells
I cannot say goodbye to a lost specter,
Just like flowers cannot stop the wither,
Your instant departure left a certain vacancy,
In my heart you had left a hole filled with legacy
What kind of monster would do such a thing?
What reasons would you have and for what meaning?
I hope that one destined day we will both meet,
So I could rest my heart easy, solemn, and sweet.
