My Dear Daughter's
Looking upon your eyes I see the most beautiful and innocent face,
The smiles of each year as you've grown with every trace.
I watch you grow into young ladies but yet so fragile and small,
Those memories are so vivid that I still remember each and every fall.
Small little fingers that wrapped around my thumb.
The small voice that peaked out to amusement and fun.
Grown you might be from a short long ago,
I still remember you both so small from head to toe.
I love you "my dear daughter's" for the love your eager to give.
You have gave me my life full of happiness for as long as I live.
One day I will walk down that isle with you,
To share you with a man and the world that is true.
For now I will keep you for all that you are,
until your ready to spread your wings and fly afar.
