This is so full of a father's sincerity, Armand. I can relate. I resigned from a very stable job in the F & B industry and just hold my practice at my home office to be more accessible to my kids anytime of the day. I find that there are sacrifices to be made if one wishes to capture that fleeting moment when they still need you. I should have done this before... reading your older works I mean. Such a pleasure. hugs!

My mom and my stepbrother DAle, the one who died, used to stay up really night with me. We were the night owls and we talked all the time late in to the night. I miss that!! Good you can do it with your "girls"

Maurice, I came back to check something tonight and remembered I had not seen one of your oldies for the day. This one is super sweet. It made me feel a little sad though, that my father never cared much for me and my sisters. I basically grew up without a dad and my stepdad was ok, but he didn't radiate this kind of love for me like you have for your girls. they are very lucky girls to have you!!

We are so close Andrea. They are 19 and 22 still we talk about everything we talk in the hours everyday. I believe in positive re-enforcement and guidance. Lots of love. I always say if we get through a whole day and at the end of the day we are happy we win.
