My Conqueror

Your eyes are deeper then I expected Soft pools of vice Tempting me Tearing my fortress of will down to rubble Where once there stood a wall of stone There is naught but dust Nothing holding me in Nothing keeping you out Nothing to guard my heart from theft And so you shatter my defenses As you walking towards me Through the thick smoke and ash That once was a wall around my heart I had one last hope One savior I ask you “How thief, will you steal my heart still, as it is locked so tightly in my chest?” you paused for a moment and I thought I had won I thought I was free and untouched… But then you spoke You spoke words so sweet I crumbled to near nothingness As dust I am blown about By the gust of your lips Powerless Now rightfully stolen My heart belongs to you I am yours I am conquered
