My Child You Are Beautiful

My child, my daughter, please open your eyes. Cant you see that your beauty goes beyond your size. To me you are perfect, ignore all the rest. When they laugh at your flaws or the way you are dressed. Our flaws separate us, we each have our own. Every stitch in you're body has been perfectly sewn. Children are cruel, with the exception of you. Behind their mean words there's a lot they've been through. Let my eyes be your mirror, then you would see. The stunning young lady that you became to be. Your heart and your mind show your true colors. You are rare in your beauty unlike all others. I hear you cry at night, I feel your pain and more. When your heart is aching I can feel it in my core. When it storms inside your head, I can see the clouds go by. If only God would let me I would gladly clear your sky. I would lie down in your bed and take all of your pain. I'd move the sun above your head and dry up all the rain.
